Action Process Serving has been a client for 15 years. We get personalized
telephone answering like part of the team that is always reliable and
courteous as well as mail service and document delivery service. Its
satisfying to know that we won't miss a call when we are away or tied up
with other calls and the ability for the business centre to understand the
nature of our business means we keep on top of file inquiries because the
business centre asks the right questions to get to the point of the call.

The Vancouver American Wine Society (VAWS) has been a client of the
business centre for over 17 years. The business centre handles printing
and mailing of event notices and forms for the Society. As VAWS is a
volunteer-run organization it does not have the personnel available to
carry out this type of work and has found that the business centre carries
out the tasks in a timely and professional manner.
